Position Summary:

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in integrating and mapping customer data from source systems to our cutting-edge platform. The role involves data migration, scripting, and ensuring the efficient and accurate conversion of client data. You will also contribute to developing innovative solutions, mapping business requirements to technical designs, and ensuring project success within governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use technical data migration, scripting, and organizational skills to convert client data efficiently to the Insightsoftware (ISW) platform.
• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities to ensure accurate and timely data conversion.
• Conduct research and analysis of complex data scenarios to develop innovative solutions that align with customer needs and project governance.
• Map and maintain business requirements, utilizing tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
• Present findings and requirements to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Identify data gaps and facilitate impact analysis for change management.
• Communicate with clients and ISW Project Managers to scope, develop, test, and implement data conversions/integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams throughout the migration process to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvements in the data migration process.
• Support customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live phases.

Qualifications:

• Experience in assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems.
• Proficient in real-time, batch, and ETL processes for complex data conversions.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Dell Boomi, etc.
• Strong SQL scripting experience for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with data applications/systems such as Oracle SQL, Excel, .csv files, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver projects on time.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of cloud and application integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST. Flexibility for night shifts is required.
• This position does not offer sponsorship for candidates who are not eligible to work in India.
