💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic Analytics & Data Science team. In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines, develop data models, and work with cutting-edge technologies to support our product and business needs. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models for efficient storage and retrieval, ensuring they align with product and business requirements.
• Build scalable data pipelines using technologies like Spark, Airflow, AWS data services (Redshift, Athena, EMR), and Apache projects (Spark, Flink, Hive, Kafka).
• Apply Agile and TDD practices, ensuring the robustness and scalability of data systems.
• Enhance data quality through internal tools and frameworks that identify data quality issues.
• Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries for data analysis.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python; Java is a plus.
• Experience with Spark, Airflow, AWS services (Redshift, Athena, EMR), and Apache technologies (Hive, Kafka, Flink).
• Familiarity with Agile development, TDD, and CI/CD practices in data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database systems.

🎯 Bonus Skills

• Experience with Kappa architecture and knowledge of Finance/Financial Systems.
