💡 Role Overview

As a Reliability Engineer in our Trading division, you will play a critical role in enhancing the stability, scalability, and performance of our core trading systems. You’ll work on initiatives to increase operational efficiency, improve visibility, and reduce risk, while collaborating with top engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🛠 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead engineering and operational support for large-scale distributed software applications powering the firm’s trading infrastructure.
✅ Enhance observability, operability, scalability, and availability of our trading systems.
✅ Gather and analyze system metrics to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
✅ Develop automation tools, services, and libraries to streamline engineering, research, and reliability operations.
✅ Work closely with traders and portfolio managers to drive business impact across multiple asset classes.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Education & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 🏗️ 1-5 years of experience in Reliability Engineering.

🔹 Technical Skills

• 💻 Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ (structured & object-oriented programming).
• 🔄 Strong background in automating processes and applying an algorithmic problem-solving approach.
• 🛠️ Experience in profiling and debugging real-time applications.
• 🗄️ Understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• 📈 Trading systems or order lifecycle knowledge is a plus but not required.
