🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a Director of People Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role will focus on implementing a new analytics tool, developing strategic insights, and embedding analytics into our daily business operations. You will also build and mentor a team of analysts while working closely with executives and HR stakeholders to optimize talent strategies.

🔹 What You’ll Do

✔️ Lead, develop, and centralize a team of analysts focused on candidate and employee lifecycle analytics
✔️ Implement a new people analytics tool integrating multiple data sources like Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday
✔️ Translate data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
✔️ Collaborate with executives and HR partners to prepare board meeting materials and drive strategic initiatives
✔️ Develop a roadmap for analytics to enhance reporting, data consistency, and business impact
✔️ Standardize data collection methodologies, metrics, and reporting across systems and teams
✔️ Work cross-functionally to assess process changes impacting data integrity

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in People Analytics or a quantitative role
✅ Passion for data storytelling and business decision-making
✅ Strong background in leading and mentoring high-performing teams
✅ Expertise in SQL, R, Python for data analysis
✅ Deep understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, workforce planning, DE&I, employee experience, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with Workday and other HR tools

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience in statistical modeling (regression, forecasting, A/B testing)
✨ Expertise in capacity modeling
✨ Prior experience implementing analytics tools

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $228,000 – $308,000 USD annually
